  • Unique, finely indexed adjustable ventilation opening (AirVent)
    • Open: targeted fresh air supply in hot conditions
    • Closed: full protection against rain and cold
  • Particularly pleasant at high temperatures, in urban traffic and stop-and-go situations
• The front silhouette is designed so that the ACC radar (Adaptive Cruise Control) is not covered – allowing the windscreen to be used on motorcycles with or without ACC

Wunderlich MARATHON AIRVENTED touring windscreen – with the AirVent it offers an individually adjustable ventilation opening for hot days and reliable protection against rain and cold

As temperatures rise in summer, cities in particular heat up due to dense development and the large number of asphalted or paved roads and squares. The same applies to slow-moving motorway traffic. To give riders the opportunity to enjoy additional cooling, our developers came up with a special feature for this windscreen. They equipped it with an individually adjustable ventilation opening which, when opened in hot conditions, provides welcome cooling. In rain or cold, the opening can be sealed hermetically.

In addition, the MARATHON AIRVENTED offers all the advantages of our classic MARATHON windscreens: its elegant shape ensures optimum comfort and protection in urban environments as well as on long tours and at high speeds. It is inclined towards the rider and aerodynamically elaborately shaped to effectively damp, calm and minimise turbulence. This is further supported by the fact that Wunderlich windscreens generally do not require edge trim thanks to their hand-polished rounded edges, avoiding additional vibrations, noise or turbulence. The front silhouette of our MARATHON AIRVENTED windscreen is generously dimensioned in both width and height compared to the original windscreen, ensuring perfect weather protection for riders of all heights. It integrates seamlessly into the overall layout of the BMW. It significantly relieves wind pressure on the upper body, arms and head, particularly at high speeds. The 5 mm thick windscreen made of high-quality PMMA is optically pure and provides distortion-free vision. It is characterised by high component stiffness, dimensional stability and scratch resistance.
