Technical details and manufacturing

Prepreg, a pre-impregnated carbon fabric, is characterised by uniform resin distribution and a high fibre volume content. This results in maximum strength and flexibility of the components. Processing in the autoclave, a high-pressure oven, ensures perfect, uniform curing and a flawless surface finish.

This method prevents air inclusions in the material and guarantees consistently high component quality. The carbon components are hand-laminated with great expertise and care, ensuring consistent fibre alignment without distortion. After curing in the autoclave, the edges of the components are precisely trimmed by robot to ensure a perfect fit and the highest quality.

Unique plastic powder coating

The coating not only protects the components against environmental influences, but also gives them an unparalleled depth effect. No other carbon manufacturer offers this type of sealing, which prevents ageing of the components and significantly extends their service life. The final clear coat on this component is high-gloss and provides a perfectly smooth surface, further emphasising the luxurious, sporty look of the carbon parts. Every component leaving the production facility is a masterpiece of engineering and design that meets the highest standards.
