This Wunderlich ULTIMATE tank protection bar is specially developed for adventure riding and reliably protects not only the tank but also the fairing, front section, and highly exposed water-cooling units. In combination with the Wunderlich rollover protection system, it forms a well-thought-out all-round protection concept for passive safety: in the event of a fall or tip-over, the acting forces are optimally distributed via the protection bar structure to the robust mounting points, thereby reducing force and torque peaks. Visually, the bar integrates seamlessly into the Adventure’s design and emphasises its distinctive appearance. The protection bar is made of 25 mm precision stainless steel tubing. The tube segments are shaped on CNC tube bending machines and then cleanly welded.
